Outreach
Outreach services provides a personalised support package that enables an individual to seek new experiences and work towards their personal goals.

Outreach support is provided from a person’s own home or in the community, depending on individual needs and preferences. The service offers personalised support to help people build confidence, develop social skills, gain independence, and work towards personal goals.
Support is delivered by experienced staff who have received training in our Autism Specialist Approach. They work closely with the person and those who know them well to create a tailored support plan that reflects individual strengths, needs, and goals.
Support can encompass various areas, including health and safety, managing finances, building relationships, navigating social situations, education, employment, coping with change, and performing everyday tasks. The overall aim is to increase confidence, reduce anxiety, and promote independence.
Outreach services are delivered by staff based in our existing locations, so availability is dependent on the specific location. Outreach services are currently available in Medway, Faversham, Canterbury, Ashford, and surrounding areas.
We offer outreach support from a minimum of 15 hours per week on a 1:1 basis, following an individual assessment.
