Janet began her journey with KAT, managing Newton Day Services, where her leadership and care made a lasting difference. She later transitioned into the role of Training Partner, where she has used her vast knowledge of the care sector to drive training compliance across the organisation.

Janet is one of the most resilient and dedicated individuals we’ve had the privilege to work with. Her tireless efforts have not only supported our charity’s mission, but also led to phenomenal training savings through the strong relationships she’s built with suppliers and trainers.
