We'd like to say a huge thank you to Briony at Mount Lodge Care Farm and Swan Farm for their support in making Carlton's visit to the Kent County Show possible.
Here's a video of some of the highlights from a fantastic day! It was an experience Carlton thoroughly enjoyed – one he'll be proud of for a long time to come and a memory he will never forget!
