A huge thank you to Mike Vorster, for raising a huge £2,730 for our Family Support service! On Friday, 24th June 2022, Mike cycled up Mount Snowdon accompanied by 7 others. They cycled up on the Llanberis Path, and then descended on the Ranger Path.
Mike said ‘It was quite steep, misty and windy but we did it regardless. The way down was great fun on a different route. Overall, it was excellent and a good challenge. Having been blessed with two Autistic son’s, we wanted to make a difference, to help an organisation that we feel needs it! We wanted to raise funds for KAT Family Support, which is very relevant for us as a family, and every donation has been so gratefully received. The funding will help them to provide further support for autistic individuals and their families who are trying to find their way through the challenges they face and continue to face in life’.
