Our Summit 2021 gathered all of our outstanding Managers and senior management team, to share best practice and focusing on reducing control and restraint. Our theme was BREAKING FREE and we had 2 great speakers: Jo Wallace, Regional Manager CQC and Alexis Quin from the restraint reduction network, who has lived experience and inspired us all.
Managers felt re-energised and inspired being able to see everyone again and catch up on discussions about such great topics.
