Updated: Mar 27, 2019

Presentation of trophies

Simone and Wesley Simmonds recently organised a Charity Golf Day at Rochester and Cobham golf club to raise funds for The Kent Autistic Trust.

The event took place on Thursday 14th March, which 36 people arrived at 9am ready for their breakfast and to brave the wind and rain! Wesley said 'The wind was ferocious at first, but did slow during the day. Luckily there was only one downpour.

There were trophies to 3rd place. Mark Bentley came in third, Tony Munday took 2nd place honours and Chris Ellis with the winning score.

A raffle took place back at the clubhouse to raise a bit more money! A lot of work went in to the day, but all went well and everyone enjoyed the day. In total we managed to raise £412 and Lloyds bank are due to match the funds.'

A huge thank you to Wesley and Simone Simmonds and all who attended the event, from us all at the Trust for your hardwork and efforts to raise such amount to help support our work and services.
