Resources to support resilience conversations with individual young people are available. Articles, vlogs and music are then provided, linked to each of the resilience domains: https://kentresiliencehub.org.uk/.../resilience.../.

There is a link to the Resilience Hub called ‘Draw Your Own Solution’. It has a strong social media presence as well as appearing on the sides of buses in Kent. Of course, there will be some children and young people who need to find their way to a service. They can do this on the Kent Resilience Hub and Mood Spark website.
