World Autism Awareness Week is fast approaching on 30th March – 5th April 2020 and The Kent Autistic Trust need your support!!
What is World Autism Awareness Week?
World Autism Awareness Day is a recognised day which takes place on the 2nd of April every year. In the week around World Autism Awareness Day, people are encouraged to take part in World Autism Awareness Week – 7 days where people across the UK can take part in supporting activities to raise funds and awareness for Autism.
How can I get involved?
You can help raise awareness or help support The Kent Autistic Trust just by simply holding a small event on our behalf, such as a cake stall, a non-uniform day, company dress down day, joining our weekly lottery or even just letting people know about the Trust, our services and how we can help support those facing challenging and difficult times.
For further information on how you can fundraise for us, please visit: https://www.kentautistictrust.org/fundraise-for-us
If you require any marketing material for an event, please contact Serita Boxall – Grants & Appeals Officer sboxall@kentautistic.com
Why we need your support
The Kent Autistic Trust are working hard to raise awareness about Autism, but we need our supporters to help us share knowledge, bringing autism to the forefront of people's consciousness and helping us raise further vital funding to help us towards enabling our Family Support service to continue providing a free service to those individuals, families, parents and carers in Kent desperately in need of our support.
