We welcome referrals for individuals who may benefit from support from the Kent Autistic Trust.
Our aim is to make the process as simple, clear and supportive as possible.

How to Apply

If you are interested in accessing support from the Kent Autistic Trust, please complete our
application form here

Once completed, please send your application form to our Referrals Manager at: Referrals@kentautistic.com

Following receipt of your application, a member of our team will review the information
provided and contact you to arrange a visit to the relevant service. This will give you the
opportunity to look around the establishment, meet the Service Manager, and speak with the wider staff team about the support available.

We often ask whether your application is known to your Care Manager or Social Worker. This helps ensure that, when we contact professionals involved in your care, they have the correct information regarding your wishes, support needs, and future plans.

Please note:

Our outreach services are based from our established services and therefore individuals must live within a reasonable travelling distance of the service.

The minimum outreach care package we can provide is 22.5 hours per week (3 days).
