We would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to one of our very loyal and dedicated staff members as she celebrates 19 years with KAT.
When we opened our service at Beaver Lane in Ashford she joined us as a Team leader, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience within the care sector, but also a real passion to do the right thing and make a real difference.
Over the 19 years she has consistently shown that this isn’t just a job, and has time and time again gone over and above to make sure the people she supports have happy and meaningful lives. Her enthusiasm and work ethic is contagious and over the years she has helped train and support many staff, who also still continue to work for KAT in various locations.
Manda on behalf of the people we support, your colleagues, family members and the board of KAT we would like to publicly thank you for everything you have done and continue to do. You have inspired many people, and we hope you will continue to do so for many more years to come.
