An evening of poetry raising funds for The Kent Autistic Trust

Jake Nathan kindly recently held an evening of poetry with a headline set from Tommy Carver-Chaplin, raising £26 for The Kent Autistic Trust!!

The event not only raised much needed funds, but equally as importantly increased awareness of our charity, the support and services we provide.

The event took place at The Good Intent in Rochester on Wednesday, 15th January, 2020

Jake Nathan said 'The event went brilliantly. We had such a fantastic line up of poets and a packed room. The headline set from Tommy Carver-Chaplin was incredible. I decided to raise some funds for the Kent Autistic Trust, because they’re a local charity and local people are really going to need them, if autism funding is going to be cut in the way it’s been proposed by the government.

I have an nephew and a close family friend with autism so supporting anyone who’s helping those with autism is close to my heart'.

Thank you so much for your efforts and support Jake, very much appreciated by us all at The Kent Autistic Trust!!
