Our staff and those we support all worked so hard to create the most amazing cakes for our 30 years cake competition last week, with entries all very well worth a place on bake off!!
The winners of the cake competition were judged by 3 of our staff Joan Hagan (Head of Care), Paul Cairns and Justin Isherwood (PBS Team). The finalists were judged by the Mayoress of Maidstone who crowned our supported living establishment Wayfield the winner, with 2nd prize going to our residential home River Drive and 3rd prize was won by our supported living establishment Butlers Park Way.
Christine Edwards-Daem CEO said 'The cake entries were phenomenal and the Great British Bake off didn’t have patch on what some of our staff and those we support produced'.
