Well done to our Family Support Service and Lisa Jones (Assistant Manager at Butlers Park Way, who have been selected as finalists for the Autism Hero Awards 2021 - Online Social Award and Parent / Carer Award! Winners to be announced on in March 2022.

Our Family Support service have also recently received some fantastic feedback following an Autism Awareness Training Session, given by our Family Support Information Advisor (Adults); Emilymay Miles.

Feedback given by an attendee at the training said ‘I have completed a lot of short courses involving Autism Awareness over the years, I like to refresh when the opportunity arises and can honestly say this was one of the best courses I have attended. The trainer was clear, kept things interesting, used real examples and talked from the heart. I was fascinated instead of just “listening and learning” I have started one of the books which was recommended and cannot put in down’.
